Delivery Times Our shipping times consist of two phases. Processing time: 3 to 5 business days for order confirmation, quality inspection, and secure packaging. Delivery time: approximately 8 to 12 days, depending on your delivery destination. This timeframe covers transport from our shipping center to your front door.

Order Cancellation & Changes Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placement. After this period, your order is automatically moved to processing, quality inspection, and packaging. At this stage, we are no longer able to cancel, change, or make any adjustments, including address changes or item changes.
Please make sure all order details, including items, delivery address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
If you would like to request a cancellation or change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help, as long as your order is still eligible.
