Returns Policy

At Hallie & Rose, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.

Return Conditions

  • A return can only be registered after you have physically received the item.
  • Returns must be registered within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs or customs fees.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is allowed. Wearing is not.
  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return them is not permitted.
  • Returned items must include a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

Return Process

  • Register your return by emailing info@hallieandrose.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • You will receive the return address of our supplier.
  • Items must be returned entirely at your own cost, including any customs fees, postage, or shipping charges.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Refunds are only processed if the product arrives in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged or defective
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo documentation of the damage

If your package was damaged during delivery, please send a photo of the damaged packaging and product within 7 days of the delivery date.

We cannot issue a refund, store credit, or replacement without verified proof of damage confirmed by our support team. If the item is confirmed as defective or damaged, no return shipping costs will apply and the refund or replacement will be processed as quickly as possible.

Received the Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately at info@hallieandrose.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you did not receive
  • The item you did receive
  • A photo of the item received

Our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow the regular return process.

Post-Purchase Discount Offers

Please note that if you take advantage of a post-purchase offer, for example buying a second identical item at a reduced price immediately after your order, it is not possible to return only the discounted additional item while keeping the original. These offers are considered part of a single purchase and cannot be refunded separately.

Liability

  • Hallie & Rose is not responsible for lost packages when tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect delivery address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address errors must be reported within 12 hours of placing your order.
